Hot Fries

Here is a french fries recipe with tomato sauce. Cut a white Idaho Russet or Russet Burbank potato into french fry shapes with a french fry cutter. Place in a frying pan with three tablespoons of vegetable oil and turn on heat. Add one tablespoon of garlic powder, onion powder, All Spice, and red pepper flakes each.  Cook for seven minutes then  pour in enough tomato sauce to just cover the fries. Let the sauce thoroughly cook into the fries, another seven or eight minutes then serve.
